Assembler - Eden

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Eden. This role is essential for maintaining production standards and ensuring high-quality finished products.

Shift Patterns

• Monday – Saturday (6 days per week)
• Shift Start Time: 6:00 AM or 6:30 AM (10-hour shifts)

Pay Rates

• 15.25 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Assembler

• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 75 lbs consistently over a 10-12 hour shift, 6 days a week.
• Ability to lift and reach over 7 feet from the ground to place heavier items.
• Previous experience at this company or knowledge of current employees.

Desirable requirements for Assembler

• Previous industrial or assembly experience.
• Ability to assemble products correctly according to specifications and quality control guidelines.
• Ability to perform assembly tasks consistently throughout the entire work period.
• Ability to handle products carefully to ensure safety.
• Must provide own work clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed, sturdy shoes.

Role for Assembler

• Assemble parts and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors.
