Job Description

Reports to: VP of HR Cooperates with: All Departments Primary Responsibility: Performs Human Resource functions for the MIRATECH enterprise. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support employee onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and paperwork.Assist in HRIS data entry and maintenance.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.Organize and maintain physical HR files.Assist in archiving and purging outdated records.Generate letters for employees verifying information such as insurance coverage, employment status, etc.Manage and monitor the HR voicemail box.Conduct employment verifications for current and former employees.Maintain accurate records of verification activities.Assist with HR/Legal situations as needed.Support HR with IT tasks when requested.Help out with office management, people operations, and contribute to MIRATECH's healthy work culture. Qualifications:Degree seeking student in Human Resources, Business or similar.Interest of employment law, compliance, benefits, payroll.Data entry skills.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
