At Agate, our HR Internship is all about learning by doing. You'll get hands-on exposure to a variety of HR Generalist responsibilities, contribute to real projects, and discover how Human Resources helps an organization thrive. From supporting recruitment and onboarding to exploring employee engagement, benefits, and training, you'll have the opportunity to experience different sides of HR while building skills you can take with you into your future career.

Agate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness and relieving hunger through action and advocacy. We provide emergency services, shelter, and housing programs for individuals and families because we believe housing is a basic human right.

As an HR Intern, you'll gain valuable professional experience while learning about the people and processes that help support an organization making a difference in our community. Internship Type: Unpaid. This opportunity is designed for students seeking practical HR experience and, where eligible, academic internship credit.

You don't need years of HR experience to get started. We're looking for a motivated student who's curious, organized, eager to learn, and ready to make the most of this opportunity.
