AXG is partnered with a leading energy infrastructure company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its team. This individual will play a key role in supporting both corporate and operational systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical environments.

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable owning issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution.

**This role is on-site based**

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripheral devices across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting end users and business systems
• Support both corporate and operational environments, including systems tied to critical infrastructure
• Configure, deploy, and maintain computer systems and related equipment
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades in line with internal procedures
• Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve support requests
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues impacting network connectivity and system performance
• Follow established change control processes and support ongoing system improvements
• Participate in after-hours support rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or technical support roles
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and end-user environments
• Experience supporting production or business-critical systems preferred
• Familiarity with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar
• Ability to configure, deploy, and support end-user devices and peripherals
