Job Description

NOLA Protection Group is seeking a reliable, vigilant, and resilient Unarmed Security Guard to join our team for the overnight shift . In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring the premises and deterring unauthorized activity. This position requires someone who takes direction well, is comfortable working independently, and can handle physically demanding conditions in various weather elements.

Weekends and Holidays are a must! 

Starting pay $14.00 per hour! 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and watchful presence to prevent trespass, vandalism, and theft.
• Conduct continuous patrols and monitor assigned areas as directed by management.
• Follow specific instructions and take direction well from supervisors to adapt to changing site needs.
• Utilize a smartphone to log shifts, complete digital activity reports, and communicate with the dispatch team.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or property damage immediately.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Reliable Vehicle: Must possess a personal, reliable vehicle that must remain on site with you for the duration of your shift.
• Technology: Must have a working smartphone with internet access to utilize company reporting and tracking apps.
• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand for long periods of time and work extended shifts ranging from 10, 12, to 16 hours .
• Weather Resilience: Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor/physical environment exposed to various weather elements, including extreme heat, rain, and winter weather conditions.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to take direction, follow protocols, and work with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to overnight schedule consistency.
